Creating a Profile:
Own Profile:
Create profile option is free, and easy to complete the registration form in two steps.
Select your profile language from the links provided on the top. NikahHelpLine.com provides service in 3 languages i.e. English / Arabic and in French. You must complete your entire profile in the language you selected (and you may also include English) in order for it to be approved.
Since you are searching for life partner, you should give more attention to create a good profile - which should trigger other people to contact you. Provide only geniune information and do not attempt to provide any false information.
Correct email address: Make sure to give your correct email address during the registration, as the system generated password will be sent to the email address that you provide, you need the password every time when you want to login to NikahHelpLine.com. Also NikahHelpLine.com will forward all the responses, received by your profile, to the email address that you provide. Hence, make sure you provide your correct email address.
There are a series of questions that allow you to select your date of birth, marital status, height, appearance, religious interest, occupation, annual income, few words about your family and few words about yourself.
About your family section, begin by describing just about family, father / mother / brothers & sisters.
About yourself, begin by describing who you are, your personality and how you spend your time. You may want to write about your interests or hobbies, your work, family or friends, your travels and where you grew up etc.
Remember, detailed profile gets more responses than the profile with short descriptions.
Contact Details: For your safety, do not provide your first, last name, your contact phone numbers, home address and work address. Remain anonymous till you know the other person better.
Expected Partner Profile: At the second page, you need provide information about your expected partner i.e. height, madhab, age group, what you are seeking from a relationship? How religious he/she should be? What is important and acceptable to you? What about their values or morals? What type of personality and appearance do you prefer? What interests, hobbies, or travels do you what to share? Where would you prefer they live?
Once you click on the submit button, your profile will be manually approved for appropriate content within 24 to 48 hours. In order to ensure quality service, we screen every profile on NikahHelpLine.com. If your profile meets our terms of use it will be online within 24 hours to 48 hours, and a confirmation mail also will be sent to you once your profile is online.

Profile Approval:
All profiles and photos are manually approved for appropriate content.
Your nominated Profile Language (and you may also include English) must be used when creating your profile. Any profiles containing other than English / Arabic /French languages will not be approved. All profiles will undergo approval within 24 hours to 48 hours, and you will receive an e-mail to confirm the status of your profile.
You can modify or update your profile as often as you wish, however, each time it is submitted it will be reprocessed again in order to make sure quality service and for appropriate content.
If the information you entered seems to be inappropriate or the contents are not suitable for NikahHelpLine.com members, you will be requested to modify your profile. If you do not modify your profile this within 7 days, then your profile will automatically be deleted from NikahHelpLine.com database.
Profile Approval Policy: Our Profile Approval Policy is designed to regulate the content of profiles to ensure a quality global environment of appropriate content, language and intent for the safety and security of all members.
Profiles will not be approved if they contain:
- Personal contact information, such as telephone numbers, email address or ICQ or contact address in Family Details Section / About Me Section or About Expected Partner section.
- Sexually explicit language or sexual references/innuendo
- Defamatory, abusive, aggressive or violent content
- Offensive or obscene language (including swear words)
- Racially offensive or blasphemous terminology
- Sexually suggestive or nudity in the photo
- Infringes or violates intellectual property rights - such as a photo of a celebrity
- Where the photo is a cartoon, illustration, animal, scenery or object of anything other than yourself
- This photo needs to be a picture of you aged 18+, we cannot approve photos of minors
- Promotes a third party entity
- Insufficient or illegible content
- Where the profile language is not completed in the language selected on the profile creation page

- Remove your photo : select this option to remove your photo from your profile.
- Lock / unlock your photo : select this option if you wish to lock your photo being viewed at NikahHelpLine.com for all members. If you select Lock photo option, your photo will not be displayed on your profile, instead there will be appropriate links available in your profile, any member who wishes to view your photo should send an request for you to allow them to view your picture. You can view the other person's profile before you give access to view your picture. If you do not like the profile of the other person, who requested your photo then you can deny access and block the other member's profile. You have total control over your picture, to whom you wish to give access/deny to view your photo.
- Activate profile : this will allow you to appear on search results so that you may receive responses to your profile from other members.
- Deactivate profile : use this facility if you want some time out; or if you are temporarily not accepting anyone's invitation. Once you deactive your proifle, your profile will no longer available on search results, so that other new members cann't contact you, however, you can active / reactivate it at any time.
- Change Password : this option will allow you to change your password.
- Lock / Unlock Email Address : Since NikahHelpLine.com maintains Privacy Policy, by default email address of the members will not be shown at his/her profiles. If you are a Paid Member, and would like to allow your email address to be shown in your profile, then you must Unlock your email address. NikahHelpLine.com strongly suggests that you do not reveal your contact details to anyone, until you know the other member better. Please read Security guidelines for your safety.
- Upgrade Membership: This is where you can upgrade your free membership to Paid Membership. Various payment methods available for easy payment.

My favourites:
Favourites helps you keep a record of both the members that you're interested in, and those with whom you've made contact. As you Browse or Search and come across members that you may want to contact, click on the Favourites link and these profiles will be added to this page. This helps you to locate a members profile if you're about to contact them and initiate contact. When you're ready to contact them, click on the "Make contact" link.
Members in your favourites list who become unavailable due to updating their profile will appear in a separate list below. When the member has been re-approved, they will appear in the top list.
A short summary of the members details are displayed for easy reference, including a link to their profile. To remove a member from either list, simply click on the "Delete this members profile" icon beside the members details.
If you are a free member, you can add only 50 profiles to your favourite list, whereas the Paid Member's additions of favorite lists are unlimited.
If you are not logged in for 90 days, then all the profiles will be removed from your favourite list.
You can also check who had added your profile into their favourite list and wish to correspond, so that you can initiate contact with them - this option available to only Paid Members.

Search Profile:
Quick Search: This lets you search by gender, age group and location, and provides the widest possible search results. The Quick search function also allows you to view profiles with or without a photo.
Member ID Search: Lets you search a specific Member ID.
Advanced Search: Narrows down your search results, to include the type of madhab you are seeking, race, height, body type, marital status and whether they have a photo; be careful not to be too specific as it may result in no matches.
Once you have found a profile you like, click on the name to view their full profile.

My Contacts:
My contacts helps you to keep a record of both the members that you've contacted, and those who have made contact with you. As you start contacting members and receiving contacts from other members, click on the My contacts link and you will notice all members name list, to whom you contacted and who contacted you will be added to this page.
Only the most recent 50 contacts in each category are displayed. To view older contacts you must delete existing contacts from the list, however you can still e-mail members after deleting them from your list by clicking on the Contact this member button on the Profile page.
Members I have contacted: If you have already contacted a profile, you will be able to contact them again by clicking on the "Send an e-mail" icon beside the members details or if you want to view their detailed profile click on the "View Profile" icon.
Members who have contacted me: Members who have contacted you will be in this list, you will be able to contact them again by clicking on the "Send an e-mail" icon beside the members details or if you want to view their profile click on the "View Profile" icon.
Send customised message: Paid Members will be allowed to send customised messages with their contact details to other paid / unpaid members. If an unpaid member received customised message from other paid member, then the unpaid member will be allowed to send return customised message to the paid member in order to correspond further.
A short summary of the members details are displayed for easy reference, including a link to their profile. To remove a member from either list, simply click on the Delete this Profile button beside the members details.
Note: customised messages only allowed between Paid Members to Paid Members and Paid Members to Unpaid Members. Predefined messages will be allowed between Unpaid member to Unpaid member.

Contacting other members really simple and its FREE. In order to contact, you need to be logged in. Follow these steps:
Send Message: On any profile that you like, click on 'Send Mail' link.
- Free Member: NikahHelpLine.com is the very successful muslim matrimonial service that allows you to contact potential partners for free. Being as a Free Member you can send pre-defined message to other member and inform your interest. You can do this simply clicking on the "Send Mail " button placed at the top of each profile, then you can able to select your suitable predefined message. This will let the member know that you are interested in them. However, NikahHelpLine.com suggests you to upgrade your membership to Silver / Gold Member and send personal customised messages to other members. Your chances of getting a response increase 10 times, if you send personalized messages. So we recommend that you sign up for a Gold membership. Compare NikahHelpLine.com membership options.
- Paid Member to Free Member: Type your own customised message, inlcude expression icons, click on the Send Mail link.
An email will be sent to that member telling them of your interest along with a link to your profile.
Likewise, when other members like your profile they can contact you using similar procedure.

Accept / Decline a member's contact:
Really its simple and Free! You may Accept or Decline contacts based on whether you like the initiating member’s profile or not. When you receive message from other member and Accept a member's contact you are allowing that member to send messages to you. When you Decline a member you deny that member the chance to send messages to you again. |

Send Wali Email Copy: Sisters, when sending messages to Brothers, can add their Wali's email address in CC column, so that their Wali can monitor the correspondences between the sister and the other Brother. Own Email Copy: If you wish to have the message forwarded to your own email address, then type your email address on this CC field.
